Created design concept drawings for whole barn/house renovation.
Oversaw creation of construction documents. Assisted with the selection of windows, garage door selection and exterior finishes. Guided clients in selection of all interior finishes. This included: flooring, paint colors, tile, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, kitchen design, bathroom design, and furnishings. Created specification
documents for contractors, developed furniture floor plans and design boards, offered furnishing consultation, clients installed.
Empty-nest couple embarked on a full renovation project to transition a barn into a vacation home.
